Action Plan 2025-2040

Our action plan is a set of priorities over the 2025-2040 period. This roadmap focuses on the areas below.

• Water, Energy and Food for West Africa/WEF West Africa (carrying out research and studies, promoting good governance, advocacy and communication, making land accessible to women and youth, school feeding, food aid for the ppor and vulnerable, good nutrition and a healthy and balanced diet for all, food processing, defending the right to water, energy and food, strengthening capacities, resources protection and conservation & ecological restoration, food storage and preservation, building relevant infrastructure for development including, but not limited to, water boreholes and wells, rural electrification, solar power plants, solar mini-grids, sanitary facilities, agricultural warehouses and agro-pastoral facilities, etc., solar lamps for families, developing bioenergy systems, protecting agricultural livelihoods from disasters, taking action for climate adaptation and mitigation in the fields of water,  energy, food and agriculture, creating jobs and income, and fostering networking for change in Benin, Togo,  Niger, Burkina Faso, Ghana, and Ivory Coast).

• Culture and Sports (cultural understanding and cooperation, cultural heritage preservation, performing arts, West African Arts Festival, cultural tourism, promoting sporting activities) everywhere in West Africa.
