Action Plan 2025-2040

Our action plan is a set of priorities over the 2025-2040 period. This roadmap focuses on the areas below.

• Infrastructure for development (water boreholes and wells, rural electrification,  materials and technologies for development and sustainability, solar power plants, sanitary facilities, schools, libraries, hospitals, sports fields, agricultural buildings/warehouses, small-scale industries, farms, irrigation systems, research and innovation centers, laboratories, vocational and technical training centers and schools, markets, encounter centers, dams, dikes, etc.) in the Hills region, central Benin, and the Atlantic region/department, southern Benin. 

• Climate Change (climate adaptation and mitigation in the areas of urban management, waters, energies, land, food and agriculture, restoring degraded natural ecosystems, protecting livelihoods from disasters, reducing vulnerability and building climate-resilient livelihoods) throughout French-speaking West Africa.

• Culture and Sports (cultural understanding and cooperation, cultural heritage preservation, performing arts, West African Arts Festival, cultural tourism, promoting sporting activities) everywhere in West Africa.

• Regional Dialogue (communication for development and change,  platforms for exchange on development policies and governance, as well as on economic, environmental and social issues, networking and advocacy) in West Africa.
