Action Plan 2025-2040
Our action plan is a set of priorities over the 2025-2040 period. This roadmap focuses on the two areas below.
Community development (Local interventions in Benin & Togo)
- Water, Sanitation and Hygiene -WASH- (construction of boreholes, building sanitation facilities, repairing boreholes, fostering hygiene education and solutions, installing water collection systems, desalination of seawater and brackish water to combat water stress, drinking water treatment, ensuring water for food, connecting water and energy, organizing water events, conducting water studies and research, preventing and resolving water-related conflicts, strengthening capacities in the WASH sector, fueling water activism, facilitating networks and building water advocacy coalition, flood disaster management, urban water planning, watching human right to water and sanitation, setting up fellowships, safeguarding aquatic biodiversity and resilient social-ecological systems, water recycling and reuse, acting for the protection, conservation and preservation of water resources to ensure a sustainable future in Benin and Togo).
Health (promoting sport for health, ensuring healthy foods and drinks for children and pregnant women, working for environmental sanitation, building healthcare facilities within schools and communities in remote and hard-to-reach areas, refurbishment and electrification of such facilities where needed, providing healthcare skills training and lifelong professional development in healthcare, implementing studies and research in the field of healthcare, fuelling debates and policies in public health, humanitarian relief, addressing sexual and reproductive health challenges, promoting health education and communication, medicines supply, providing medical tools and equipment, setting up scholarships and fellowships, promoting civic engagement as well as networking, events, and coalitions to impact health, to defend and advance the right to health for the disadvantaged).
