The Tabe Jeanne Prize

The TABE JEANNE Prize or Engagement Prize honors excellence and innovation for a better West Africa. The prize highlights women, men and organizations for their actions in favor of people or the climate. It recognizes their outstanding dedication and extraordinary work through which important contributions to the community have been made. The prize is divided into six categories (society and economy, environment, research, arts and culture, sports, greatest achiever). Contributions include, for example, good efforts in alleviating human suffering, providing opportunities for all, curbing climate change, tackling exclusion and injustice in West Africa, etc.. The awards ceremony will be held once every two years.
